Budget & Spec
You provide us with a Project specification, sitemap and mock-ups along with a working development budget. This allows us to review the specification and provide feedback with the budget in mind so we can discuss the best options for you.
We provide you with feedback for consideration and some technical suggestions based on currently available functionality.
If all is good then we create a proposal and a milestone based payment schedule for you to agree and then onto the next stage!
Discuss & Refine
Together we discuss the specifications in more detail and ensure that they cover all the technical outcomes. If we see a better way of implementing a requirement we make the suggestion.
All suggestions and refinements are converted to a final specification document for us to follow.
Development of the front end and or back end systems, including an custom modules or custom coding. Our talented developers have a wide range of skills that help in application development.
You will be in direct contact with your developer at this stage to ask questions, get feedback and provide information. As each stage is completed the online project manager will be updated so you can see the progress.
Review & Testing
At this point the Project has been delivered to you as per the specification and final approval is due. However before we launch the site we ask you to test it and make sure that any little issues are sorted and you are happy. This ensures you will receive a finished product.
The Project is deployed to the testing server, in a live environment but not yet live to the public. This gives you a chance to review the Project, provide feedback and add content before it goes live. The testing server is white labelled so there are no reference to us.
With the UAT complete the Project is made live and we are able to provide support and are on hand to answer any questions.
We encourage clients to conduct testing so we can troubleshoot and any bugs can be ironed out.
Post Launch Support
As the Project starts to take on a life of its own, accept data and perform functions, little issues that were not apparent before it is in a live environment may appear. This is why we provide post launch support via our support team.
This is where you are at an advantage as you can always reach us and we can use all the skills and knowledge of our team to diagnose and fix any issues as well as work on additional functionality if needed.
